In order to fully support solar industry to produce clean solar energy, all wafers supplied by GEWD are exclusively used in making solar panel. Since 1996 GEWD has supplied in excess of 23 million fallout wafers to solar companies worldwide. Today, these solar panels which made from GEWD supplied wafers are generating 64 Megawatt of electricity, it is equivalent to the daily electricity usage of 3000 middle sized families.
